Returns

  • Due to the nature of nicotine products, we do not accept returns once delivered and opened.
  • If a product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, report immediately to the rider/courier and contact us within 24 hours.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or wrong products delivered.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the same payment method (cash refund on delivery orders, M-Pesa reversal where applicable).

Exchanges

  • Possible only for unopened, incorrect items delivered in error.
